XenApp Access management console VERY slow to open

Xenapp: Xenapp 5.0 FR3
Password Manager: 4.8
XenApp 5.0 and windows server 2008 the XenApp console AND the password manager service configuration application take over 4 minutes to open.
Solution: Untick the internet explorer preferences for ‘check for publishers certification revocation’, untick ‘check for server certificate revocation*’ and ‘check for signatures on downloaded programs’
